In no event shall Dualshot, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or media.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
